A Return Authorization number (RA) must be obtained from RJ Sports Customer Service prior to returning any merchandise. E-mailed photos may be used in the defective review process, to possibly alleviate the cost of return freight. Phone: 800-336-3588 Replacement products may possibly be shipped without returning original defects. Items returned without proper authorization are subject to refusal or significant delay in processing the request. Authorized On-Line Accounts are considered Business to Business. Any third party warranty is cancelled. RJ Sports will not be responsible for any of these claims. Drop Ship Orders to Residential – you must contact your store directly. RJ Sports has the right to request customer receipt of purchase from date of original retail sale.
